Dispatch
Orders are dispatched from Australia only on business days. Orders placed before the daily cutoff may be dispatched the same business day.

Delivery Time frames
Estimated delivery time frames are generally 2-4 business days but sometimes can typically be extended up to a week in rare occasions, additionally delivery time frames may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions. Tracking is provided where available.

Discreet Packaging
Orders are packed discreetly. The outer packaging does not describe product contents.

Tracking
If tracking is included with your selected shipping method, you will receive a tracking link once your order has been processed. If you don't, email us or directly message our Instagram account for the most responsive support.
